Nikki James Zellner is Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics' Community Relations Director – heading up all marketing efforts related to drive practice growth, partner practice education + events, social media, website, school + sports partnerships and community events.
A storyteller on the page and the stage, her approach to marketing always starts with story. When not behind her desk, you can often find her in our waiting rooms asking employees and patients about their lives and how they ended up in our offices.
In addition to her work with HFO, she is the owner of Where Content Connects, a boutique content consultancy, and CO Safe Schools, an advocacy business she started after her children were poisoned by CO in 2020 at their local daycare.
