Shawn’s initial smile included severe crowding, a deep bite, and a “blocked out” lower tooth. Shawn also wanted to avoid extractions of any permanent teeth. Shawn chose braces for her treatment plan, and in 2 years, we were able to correct her concerns without the removal of teeth using passive, self-ligating braces to make room for her teeth and healthy bite.
