Better Breakfast Choices Mean Fewer Cavities & Stronger Teeth

Better Breakfast Choices

1. Eat a high protein breakfast and avoid sugars and acids in the morning.

2. Brush your teeth before breakfast to remove bacteria before they can do damage.

3. Correct for low salivary calcium levels in the morning by incoporating dairy products like milk or yogurt into your morning routine (non-dairy milks enriched with calcium work great too).
